Christmas Decor

Later today, I really should bring up the remaining [five totes of] Christmas decorations from the basement and finish putting them up.

Another task I should complete is to label which ones are meaningful, and why. Many of them are just decorative items that were purchased over the years, but some belonged to us when we were children, or to our families. My husband and I both have countless decorations, such as crocheted stars or other needlework, that our grandmothers made.

I'd like for whoever sorts through our possessions for the final time to know which ones should be offered to our respective extended family on each side--siblings, cousins, nieces, and nephews--and which can be confidently donated or even tossed.
