Female Nicknames

When looking for your female ancestors, be sure to consider potential variations in their name. This includes nicknames, shortened names, or diminutive/"cute" name variations.

Did you know that "Sadie" is often used in place of "Sarah"? Sukey for Susan? Dicey for Edith?
