The Other Side

If you can safely remove those old photos from their albums, have you tried? I was scanning photos recently and was reminded that sometimes, the image on photo itself is only part of what remains. Always look on the back, if you can, to see if there's more.


This one tells us that the photo can be dated to "just before Jim joined the service" during WWII.


This one was a story I'd never heard, about sisters tipping over a tractor:


And this one tells us more about the very moment in time the photo was taken. One sister was the subject, and another sister was the photographer: "This is the picture that Lois wet her pants when she took it."

Ah, the love between siblings.
