Jensens, Part 16

The final chapter in the lives of Jacob and Ingeborg Jensen.


With the help of their children, they managed to stay on the farm through sickness and old age and remain in the place that they had lived since 1870 as newlyweds fresh from Norway.


In 1919, they had a big celebration for their 50th wedding anniversary with all of their children and grandchildren present on the old homestead.


Jacob died in 1921 and Ingeborg in 1932. They are buried in the church yard of the church that they helped to build.
